user cannot view any reports in print manager

    We rolled out Smart Office to our users and two of them are not able to view any reports in the print manager. They have access to view in Portal and Lid. Do we need to change anything or add roles in SO?

    By default, the Print Manager in Smart Office has a hidden filter value: ReportOwner=current user. The status bar should show this with a control that allows you to clear the filter value. Or you can choose to display the column and clear or reset the value in the list filter field. It's also possible to change the default presentation by creating a Data View with the filter value cleared or with whatever filters you might want to apply.
