This seems to me it would be a simple query, but I can't pull all of the info that I need. I want a simple list of any open checks for a particular cash code, along with the vendor Name and address for mailing due diligence letters. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you are using CBCHECK then the REC-STATUS is 2 and the REC-STATUS in CBTRANS = 1. Of course yoiu have to relate cbcheck with cbtrans using trans-ident and bank-inst-code.
