Add Stop Date in PR12 via AddIns

    Hi,

    Can anyone please confirm how to use Upload Wizard (via AddIns)for adding stop Direct Deposit date for all the employees terminated through Mass Uploadation. In our company we are having a big client where 'n' number of employees were terminated by using AddIns, but we find that Direct Deposit is still Active in PR12 screen. A Stop Date needs to be entered for all those employees in PR12, Is there a query that can be uploaded to add end date in PR12 Screen. Thanks in advance.

      You can upload to PR12.1, however, since you can't use employee groups to determine who's DD to stop, you'll probably want to query first, to make sure you have the correct accounts (i.e. blank end dates, distribution numbers, etc). Then you can add the end date, and upload using the change function. You can query the EMACHDEPST table for the appropriate data.
