Sorry for the double-post, but I felt this was applicable to both System Admin, and MOA.
When we run a particular query from our MOA install on Citrix, we notice that there are some missing records returned.
Just for grins, I tried running the MOA query from a local install. This returned all records that qualified. (*There were 5 records returned on the local install that just never were for the Citrix install.)
Question: What have others been doing? There is not a lot of choice/influence that I have on the way that our company has chosen to distribute Portal/MOA/Excel, etc.
Yet, I am a little concerned about the GSC position of "We don't support Citrix". There has to be other Citrix shops out there.
Anyone?
