Activity Allocation
The Activity Allocation file stores information on new allocations from
AC30.3 (New Allocation).

Allocation Name This is the allocation name. Allocation
name is defined in AC30.1 (Allocation).
AOC-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case) AC30.4
Allocation This is the allocation description.

Allocation Pool This is the name assigned to the pool AC30.3
(or amount to be allocated). A pool
consists of posted monetary amounts or
statistical units found in ranges of
activities and account categories, or
ranges of companies, accounting units,
accounts, and subaccounts specified in
AC32.1 (Allocation Pool).
Pool balances can be accumulated on a
period, year-to-date, or life-to-date
(for activity pools only) basis. A pool
is attached to an allocation in AC30.1
(Allocation) or to individual allocation
lines in AC30.2 (Multiple Pool
Allocation).
AOC-OPERATOR Alpha 10 AC30.1 AC30.2
Operator This field displays the login ID of the AC30.3 AC30.4
person who entered an allocation record.
AOC-AUTO-ZERO Alpha 1 AC30.4
Auto Zero If you set this field to Yes (Y),
percents you enter in AC30.1
(Allocation) are zeroed out after the
allocation is processed.
Y = Yes
N = No
AOC-AUTO-REV Alpha 1 AC30.4
Auto Reverse If you set this field to Yes (Y), a
reversing entry is created by AC131
(Allocation Update) in the run following
the run that creates the original entry.
Y = Yes
N = No

Status This is the allocation status. AC30.1 AC30.2
0 = Unreleased AC30.3 AC30.4
1 = Released AC37.1 AC37.2
2 = Calculated
AOC-DEFAULT-DESC Alpha 30 (Lower Case) AC30.4
Default Description This description becomes the
transaction description for each
transaction whose Description field in
AC30.6 (Entry) has been left blank.
If this field is left blank in AC30.3
(New Allocation), the allocation
description defaults into this field.
AOC-PF-ACTIVITY Alpha 15 AC30.4
Post-From Activity Optional. This field specifies the
activity to which an offsetting
transaction is posted.
AOC-PF-ACCT-CAT Alpha 5 AC30.4
Post-From Account This is the account category of the
Category post-from activity, to which an
offsetting transaction is posted.
AOC-CONTROL-GROUP Numeric 8 AC131 AC30.4
Control Group This is the control group number
assigned to the transactions created by
the most recent run of AC131 (Allocation
Update).

Allocated Date This is the date the allocation amount
was allocated.
AOC-ALLOCATED-TIME Numeric 6 (hhmmss) AC131
Allocated Time This is the time the allocation amount
was allocated.

Total Percent This is the sum of the percent values AC30.3
entered in the detail lines of AC30.1
(Allocation).

Last Comment This is the sequence number of the last
Sequence Number comment for the allocation.

Last Line Number This is the number of the last line
item added to the allocation. It is used
to determine the line number when the
next line is added to the allocation.
