Dimension Data Source
The Dimension Data Source Relationship (DIMDATAREL) file contains the member
name that is used for the specified dimension and data source. This member
name is independent of the data source. The information in this file comes
from IA14.1 (Dimension Member Overrides).

Application Name The Application Name is the name of the
application that describes the database
names it contains. This user-defined
name can contain up to eight characters.
The first letter of the name must be
capitalized.
DDR-DATABASE-NAME Alpha 8 (Lower Case)
Database Name The Database Name is the name of the
database that is stored within the OLAP
application. Each application may
contain more than one database. This
user-defined name can contain up to
eight characters. The first letter of
the name must be capitalized.
DDR-USER-DIM-NAME Alpha 50 (Lower Case)
User Dim Name The User Dimension Name is the name
associated with the dimension in the
data mart outline. This user-defined
name can contain up to 50 alphanumeric
characters. For example, you might name
a dimension Fiscal Year or Organization.
DDR-DATA-LOAD-NAME Alpha 12 (Lower Case)
Data Load Name The Data Source Name field contains the
unique name for the source containing
the data values you are loading. You can
define multiple data sources for a
single data mart. Examples of data
sources are programs or rules files.
This user-defined name can contain up to
12 characters of any kind.
DDR-MEMBER-NAME Alpha 50 (Lower Case)
Member Name The Member Name field is an override
member name for data mart dimensions
with no association to a budget
dimension.
