                        Workflow Folder History

The Workflow Folder History file contains folder data for completed work
units. Records are added to this file by the work unit clean-up routine.

Workunit             This is the work unit number assigned
                     by the Workflow Management system.

WHF-SEQ-NBR          Numeric 4
Sequence Number      An automatically assigned sequence
                     number.

WHF-DOCUMENT-ID      Alpha 10  (Lower Case)
Document Id          A user-supplied identifier for the
                     folder item.

WHF-FORM             Alpha 10
Form                 A form ID for Lawson application forms.

WHF-KEY-STRING       Alpha 70  (Lower Case)
Key String           A comma separated string of key field
                     data.

WHF-START-DATE       Numeric 8  (yyyymmdd)
Start Date           This is the date when the folder item
                     was attached to the work unit.

WHF-START-TIME       Numeric 6  (hhmmss)
Start Time           This is the time when the folder item
                     was attached to the work unit.

WHF-DESCRIPTION      Alpha 30  (Lower Case)
Description          A description of the attached item.

WHF-FILE-NAME        Alpha 30
File Name            A file specification for the attached
                     item.

WHF-DELETE-FL        Alpha 1
Delete Fl            This is a Boolean flag indicating
                     whether or not a folder item is hidden
                     from Inbasket. If the file still exists,

                     it can be restored by resetting this
                     flag.
                     Y = Yes
                     N = No

WHF-ATTACH-BY        Alpha 30
Attach By            The user ID of the user who attached
                     the folder item to the work unit.
