Workflow User Profile
The Workflow User Profile file contains the basic user information for each
user allowed to use Enterprise Workflow. The information in this file includes
the user ID, E-mail address, and position in the company. Company and position
information can be taken from the Human Resources system.

User The user ID of the user being profiled.
WFU-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Description A description of the user.
WFU-COMPANY Numeric 4
Company The company number. This number can be
taken from the Human Resources system.
WFU-EMPLOYEE Numeric 9
Employee Contains the employee number. Each
person employed by the company is
assigned a unique number. The
system uses the employee number to
correlate all of the information related
to that person.

E Mail Address A valid E-mail address of the user.
WFU-HOME-PAGE-URL Alpha 70 (Lower Case)
Home Page Url The Universal Resource Locator (URL)
for the user's World Wide Web home page.
WFU-FN-DOMAIN Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Fn Domain A domain assigned to the user as part
of the FileNET PANAGON Visual WorkFlo
3.0 system. This
information is used for security
purposes.
WFU-FN-USERGRPNAME Alpha 14 (Lower Case)
Fn Usergrpname A user group name assigned as part of
FileNET PANAGON Visual WorkFlo 3.0
security.
WFU-FN-ISOLATD-RGN Numeric 3
Fn Isolatd Rgn A region assigned to the user as part
of FileNET PANAGON Visual WorkFlo 3.0.
WFU-FN-MACH-ID Numeric 3
Fn Mach Id A unique number identifying the user's
computer. This value is used by FileNET
to identify client
computers.
WFU-FILTER-CATGORY Alpha 1
Filter Catgory A category assigned to the user. This
category and its value are used to limit
the number of work units in
the user's Inbasket.

WFU-FAX-NMBR Alpha 15
Fax Number A telephone number for the user's Fax
machine.
WFU-PHONE-MOBILE Alpha 15
Phone Mobile A telephone number for the user's
cellular phone.
WFU-PHONE-HOME Alpha 15
Phone Home The telephone number for the user's
home.
WFU-PHONE-BUSINESS Alpha 15
Phone Business The telephone number for the user's
business or office.
WFU-PHONE-PAGER Alpha 15
Phone Pager The telephone number for the user's
pager.

Address 1 The first line of the user's address.

Address 2 The second line of the user's address.

Country or Other The user's country. This field may also
be used as an attention line.
WFU-FN-USER-ID Alpha 10 (Lower Case)
Fn User Id The user's FileNET User ID. The FileNET
Values located on WF01.1 (Configuration)
are the default login
and password into the workflow engine
which is used by all users, unless
determined otherwise on the
Domain form tab of WF12.1 (User Profile
Definition). The FileNET User ID value
must be added to FileNET
IMS as a valid user.
WFU-FN-ACCESS-ID Alpha 10 (Lower Case)
Fn Access Id The user's FileNET Access ID. The
FileNET Values located on WF01.1
(Configuration) are the default login
and password into the workflow engine
which is used by all users, unless
determined otherwise on the
Domain form tab of WF12.1 (User Profile
Definition). The FileNET Access ID value
must be added to
FileNET IMS as a valid password.
