These comments will be copied to any customer recurring invoice created for
this recurring invoice.

B = Both print and display
D = Display only
P = Print only

Start Date This comment is only active after this
date.
BMC-STOP-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd) BL32.1 BL32.2
Stop Date This comment is no longer effective
after this date.
