Order Entry Customer Codes
This file contains all the customer codes that are set up in the Lawson Order
Entry system. A customer code is required for every customer's account. The
code lets you classify customers for sales analysis purposes.

Company The company number represents an
established company and is entered on
all function codes.
OCD-CUSTOMER-CODE Alpha 4 BL14.1
Customer Code This field contains the code that
represents a customer. Codes can be used
to group customers together for sales
analysis.
OCD-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case) BL14.1
Description This field contains the description of
the customer code.
OCD-ACTIVE-FLAG Alpha 1 BL14.1
Status This field indicates whether the
customer code is active.
A = Active
I = Inactive
OCD-USED-FLAG Alpha 1 BL14.1
Used Indicates whether the customer code has
been used.
N = No
Y = Yes
