                     established company and is entered on
                     all function codes.

Vendor Group         A vendor group represents a group of        AP100
                     vendors that can be shared by one or
                     more companies.

AFL-USER-FLD-TYPE    Alpha 1                                     AP00.1  AP00.4
User Field Type      Indicates the user field type. User         AP100
                     fields can be added to vendors,
                     invoices, or distributions.

                     Valid values are:

                     V = Vendor
                     I = Invoice
                     D = Distribution

                     Valid values are:

                     A = Alpha
