a group of items that can be shared by
one or more companies.

Hazard Code This field contains a short code
describing why an item can be hazardous.
HAZ-DESCRIPTION Alpha 30 (Lower Case) IC09.1
Description This field contains the description of
the hazard code.
HAZ-ACTIVE-STATUS Alpha 1 IC09.1
Status This field is used to limit the usage
of specific hazard codes.
A = Active
I = Inactive
HAZ-USED-FL Alpha 1 IC09.1 IC10.2
Used This field indicates whether the code IC11.1 IC811
has been used on the Item Master file.
Once a code has been used, it cannot be
deleted, only made inactive.
N = No
Y = Yes
