User Fld Type Indicates the user field type. User
flds can be added to shipment headers

Valid values are:
S = Shipments
L = Shipment Lines

Data Type 01 Indicates the data type of the user
field.
A = Alpha
N = Numeric
D = Date Format (1st 6 positions)
M = Amount
