GL223 - Template Conversion Listing

**Form Purpose
Run Template Conversion Listing (GL223) to print a list of the accounting
unit records created in the template conversion file for a run group, company,
and accounting unit template. Print this listing to see the results of running
Acct Unit Template Conversion Load (GL123).
