RQ202 - Approval Code Listing

**Form Purpose
Run Approval Code Listing (RQ202) to print a list of the approval codes for
the selected company. At least one approval code is required. Approval codes
define the hierarchy used for approving a requisition. Each approval code can
have up to six levels of approval. Approval codes are defined in RQ02.1
(Approval Codes).
