UK46.1 - UK Attachment of Earnings Types
**Form Purpose
Use UK Attachment of Earnings Types (UK46.1) to define or change any UK
attachment types not provided by Lawson and link them to attachment
categories.

1. Define any attachment types not provided by Lawson using this
form.
2. Define attachment rules on UK Attachment of Earnings Rules
(UK46.2).
3. Define employee attachment using UK Employee Attachment of Earnings
(PR47.1).
**More Information
You cannot change the type or category of an existing attachment type, but
you can change the description. You cannot delete a type if it is used in the
Payroll system (exists in PRGARNRULE). You cannot have duplicate attachment
type.

UK46.2 - UK Attachment of Earnings Rules
**Form Purpose
Use UK Attachment of Earnings Rules (PR46.2) to define and maintain the rules
the Payroll system uses to calculate attachment of earnings . The Payroll
system uses the rules on this form to determine what portion of employee pay
is exempt from attachments, how the system calculates fees, and how it handles
employees with multiple attachments. Lawson does not deliver any UK attachment
rules. You must define all the rules your company uses.
