all function codes.
BUD-USER-FLD-TYPE Alpha 1
Element: User Fld Type Indicates the user field type. User flds
can be added to invoices, invoice lines
and ship-to's.
Valid values are:
I = Invoice
L = Invoice Line
S = Ship-To

Element: Data Type 01 Indicates the data type of the user
field.
A = Alpha
N = Numeric
D = Date Format (1st 6 positions)
M = Amount
