Payroll Time Record Batch Head
This file is used to group time records into batches for clearer error
evaluation. When you create time records in Batch state, the system creates
Payroll Time Card Batch Header file records and updates the actual hours and
amount totals. There are many programs that create time records in Batch
state.
PR33.1 (Speed Entry Setup) uses this file to set up selection parameters for
time record speed entry.
PR37.1 (Batch Time Control) is the program that changes time records from
Batch to Future status. You can require hash totaling in PR37.1. To prevent
releasing a batch of time records that does not balance, select Yes in the
Batch Control field on the Payroll form tab in HR00.1 (Company).
