HR709 - Update Name Search Fields



Run Update Name Search Fields (HR709) to allow users to perform a search
on a name without consideration for upper- or lower-case fields.
For example you will be able to successfully search on
"SMITH" when the actual name in  the database is a lower-case "smith."
