Use Year Definition (IA85.1) to define the options for the year dimension.

1. Load the preassigned data mart types.
2. Create an OLAP destination.
3. Define the data mart.
4. (YOU ARE HERE) Define the dimensions for the data mart.
5. Define the information transfer profile.
6. Load the data mart.
Year Range: You must enter a beginning and ending year. You can enter
a single year or multiple year range.
Name for Prior Years: Type a member name for all prior years to roll
up into.

Use Year Variances (IA85.3) to add variance calculations for the year
dimension.
Member Name: Type a member name.
Amt Pct: Select A (Variance Amount) or P (Variance Percent) to determine
which type of calculation the member will contain.
Year 1: Type the beginning year to be included in the calculation.
Year 2: Type the ending year to be included in the calculation.
