Run Canadian Vacation Close (TA198) to close a Canadian vacation plan
cycle.



**Processing Effect

TA198 updates Canadian fields in the Employee TA transaction and summary
files. When you run this program, all transactions are updated with a status
of 9 (closed).  In addition, the PR00 Time accrual flags are reset.
