PA22.1 - Certifications
Use Certifications (PA22.1) to track information about an employee's
certifications.
**Processing Effect
The Personnel Administration system uses certification information to
determine whether an employee is qualified to perform a job.
When applicants are employed by using Hire an Applicant (PA52.4), their
certification information from Applicant Certification (PA36.1) automatically
updates to this screen.
If certification is required for group membership as defined in Employee
Group Definition (HR55.1), the employee will be added to the group when the
certificate is updated.
