PA26.1 - Review
Use Review (PA26.1) to track an employee's reviews, including performance
ratings and scheduling the next review.
NOTE Here is an easy way to add a review for an employee who already
has had a review. Inquire on the company and employee and leave the other
fields blank. Choose OK. The screen function changes to Add and the Scheduled
Date, Review Type, and Review Schedule fields are updated based on the
employee's
previous review.
**Processing Effect
If you leave the Next Review Date and Next Review Type fields blank,
the Personnel Administration system calculates them using the Scheduled Date,
Review Type, and Review Schedule fields.
The Next Review Date and Type are stored for each scheduled review. The
employee record holds the earliest scheduled incomplete Next Review Date and
Type and the last completed review date.
