                             PAEMPGOAL FILE

Contains the goals or objectives to which an employee is assigned.

These objectives are defined in the Goal Management system, Performance
Management system, and through the Employee and Manager Self Service Goal
Management Task.  Goal Management is part of the Performance Alignment
solution that will provide managers the tools to be able to set, track,
observe, and measure individual or team objectives and duties where the
objectives clearly align to overall corporate strategy.

Element: Status Hr     This field displays the status of the
                       objective.  Used as a tracking mechanism
                       for employee and manager self service.
                       This field is a user-defined status code
                       with a pcode type of 'SG'.

Element: Complete      Indicates whether the objective has
                       been completed.  Workflow will update
                       this field to a complete status when the
                       manager approves the objective that has
                       been completed by the employee. The
                       employee may be eligible for

                       complete status.

                       1 = Employee Complete
                       2 = Manager Complete
                       3 = Approved for Payout
