ARILOCKBOX FILE
AR Lock Box Interface
The AR Lock Box Interface file is used for lock box interfacing of external
payment records via a formatted banking record specification. AR570 (Lock Box
Interface), will load records from this file to create payment header and
payment detail records. Optional payment remittance records will also be
created.
Records in this file can be changed in AR97.4 (Interface Lock Box) to comply
with edit requirements of AR570.

are:
4 = Remittance detail
6 = Payment detail

Element: Batch Number Bank assigned batch number. This number
will be a reference only number on the
created payment header record.

Element: Sequence NumbeSequence number indicating variable
information based on record type.

Element: Filler A Variable field data based on record
type.

Element: Lock Box Code Lock box code identifying receiving
lock box of payments.
