Invoice Lot/Serial/Bin Dtls
This file stores lot, serial, and bin information for invoice lines. Only
items that require that information will have records here. A company or
process level option (depending on what level invoicing is processed)
determines whether these actually print on the invoice.

Element: Company Identifies the AP company if the
resource type = V. Identifies the HR
company if the resource type = E. It is
blank for type A, P or Q resources.
OID-INVC-PREFIX Alpha 2 BL820
Element: Invc Prefix Invoice prefix is assigned from either
the company or process level depending
on the invoice level option chosen.
OID-INVC-NUMBER Numeric 8 BL820
Element: Invc Number Invoice number assigned by the system.
Invoice numbers are assigned at the
company or process level, depending on
an invoice level option on the company
file.
OID-LINE-NBR Numeric 6 BL820
Element: Line Nbr Indicates the line number on the
invoice to which this detail record
belongs.
OID-UOM Alpha 4 BL820
Element: Uom This is the selling unit of measure for
the invoice line this detail is attached
to.
OID-LOT Alpha 10 BL820
Element: Lot Identifier for a homogeneous quantity
of material. Only necessary if the item
is defined as lot tracking.
OID-SUBLOT Alpha 6 BL820
Element: Sublot Identifier for a detail breakdown of a
lot number. Only necessary if the item
on this line is defined as lot tracking.
OID-BIN Alpha 7 BL820
Element: Bin A storage area for an item or any
number of items. Only necessary if the
item on this line is bin tracked.
OID-SERIAL Alpha 16 BL820
Element: Serial Serial number of this particular line
on the invoice. Only necessary if the
item is serial tracked.
OID-QUANTITY Signed 13.4 BL820
Element: Quantity This is the requested quantity for the
line item.
OID-INVC-CW-QTY Signed 13.4 BL820
Element: Quantity Invoice catch weight quantity. This
field is valid only for catch weight
items. This is used in extended price
calculation, but quantity is used for
pricing.
OID-UOM-MULT Signed 13.7 BL820
Element: Uom Mult This field contains the multiplier for
converting this unit of measure to stock
unit of measure.
OID-LOT-STRING Derived
Element: Lot String If the item is lot tracked, this field
identifies the format for the lot
information to print on the invoice.
OID-BIN-STRING Derived
Element: Bin String If the item is bin tracked, this field
identifies the format in which the bin
number should print on the invoice.
OID-SERIAL-STRING Derived
Element: Serial String If the item is serial tracked, this
field identifies the format in which the
serial number should print on the
invoice.
OID-UOM-STRING Derived
Element: Uom String This field identifies the format of the
unit of measure that should print on the
invoice.
OID-PRINT-STRING Derived
Element: Print String This field determines the format of the
detail for the line to print on the
invoice.
