PAREGISTER FILE
Registration Information
Contains names and registration dates of employees registered into sessions.
The Registration Information file accesses the Prerequisite Options file for
prerequisite information. When a completion status and date is entered in
TR22.1 (Session Completion), the employee's name and registration information
is removed from the Registration Information file and added to the Training
History file. Employees with a status of Absent, Canceled, or Wait List remain
in this file until the registration is deleted on TR20.1 (Session
Registration).
TR20.1 and TR22.1 are the primary programs that update this file. TR20.1 adds
records to the file. TR22.1 removes records.

is updated as a commitment or posted
transaction is assigned an object
identifier. The object identifier is
maintained in the subsystem files and in
the Activity Commitments Detail and
Activity Transaction files. The object
identifier is a unique key used to drill
back from Activity Management to the
subsystems.
