Report Writer Format
This file maintains the vertical, or format and columns, portion of a Report
Writer report. It includes information on format description, format heading,
and column detail defined in RW20.1 (Format).
If the value for a field is the default, the value used in the report column
is the default for the field as defined in the header record. If the value for
the field is a non-default value, the non-default value overrides the default
in the column.
