AM221 - Asset,Tag Listing

The Asset, Tag Listing prints the purchase cost, quantity, and any tax
entered in either asset number order or tag order. Disposal assets and item
detail can be included.

    MXLISTHDR  - Accessed by common library. Used to retrieve the attribute
                 list description.

    MXLISTMBR  - Used to validate that assets exist in the attribute list.

    AMASSET    - Used to retrieve assets. Used to store asset records. This
                 file also contains many of the selection and sorting fields
                 that are used for reporting.

    AMASTITEM  - Used to retrieve asset item information. Used to store asset
                 item records. Each Asset Item file record has one related
                 record in the Asset file.

    AMASTMXVAL - Accessed by common library. Used to retrieve any or all of the
                 three attribute values.

    AMASTTYPE  - Used to verify and retrieve asset item information. Used to
                 store asset types and subtypes, which represent groupings of
                 like assets that can be used for reporting and defaulting
                 common asset definition data.

    AMCONTROL  - Used to verify whether a company is used in the Asset
                 Management system.

    AMDIVISION - Used to validate division information.

    AMLOCATION - Used to validate location information.

    GLADDRESS  - Used by a common library, not by this program.

    GLCGCPY    - Used to validate the company group.

    GLCHART    - Used by a common library, not by this program.

    GLSYSTEM   - Used to validate the company.

    MXCATDEF   - Accessed by common library; not used by this program.
