CA199 - Allocation Closing

Run CA199 (Allocation Closing) to close the current period in the Allocations
system control record. The system checks to make sure the allocations
scheduled for the current period are processed. You can process by company or
company group.

When you close an allocation, you cannot modify the allocation.


Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.

    GLCODES    - This file is updated with the allocation period being closed.

    CAHEADER   - Used to validate unprocessed allocations.

    GLADDRESS  - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program.  This file is not used by this program.

    GLCGCPY    - Used to validate the existence of a company group.

    GLCHART    - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program.  This file is not used by this program.

    GLCPYGRP   - Used to access companies associated with a company group.

    GLSYSTEM   - Used to validate the existence of a company.
