CX207 - Preference List Value

Run this report to review templates. Before you run this report, you must
complete system setup for the Case Carts system, including building preference
templates.

To get a listing for all requesting locations in a company, select the
company only (leave  Requesting  Location blank). Otherwise, you must select
both a company and a requesting location.

In addition to selecting a company and, if needed, a requesting location, you
must select at least one other parameter. Of the other parameters, you can
combine procedure code, DRG code, and practitioner ID; or you can select a
preference code only.
