CX225 - Practitioner Case Load

Run this report to review practitioner case loads. Before you run this report
you must complete the setup of the Case Carts system, including adding
practitioner and assistant information. In addition, you must add patient
cases before you run this report.

You must choose a location by company only (for all requesting locations) or
by company and a requesting location.
