CXMC.1 - Case cart mimic

This program is a utility not available for general use.

Use the mass mimicking form to quickly create preference templates from
existing preference templates for a different company. This form does not
offer the detail view of the template, but is a useful tool when building
templates manually.

In the Form Action field, select one of the following:

o   L to mimic a specific template item.
o   J to mimic a specific template line of burden code data.
o   P (Preference)  to mimic an entire template preference sequence.
o   D (Diagnosis) to mimic an entire preference template diagnostic code set.

Based on the form action selected, the system lets you type values in the
correct fields.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used in the event of a program or system failure to enable a
                 batch update program to continue from where it left off.

    CXCTIUAVAL - Used to store standardized user analysis values for preference
                 templates.

    CXPREFTEMP - Used to mimic templates.

    CXPTMPDIAG - Used to mimic templates.

    CXPTMPITEM - Used to mimic template items.

    CXTMPJOBS  - Used to mimic template jobs.
