IC138 - Bin Replenishment Report

Run this program to generate a list of item bins that need replenishment from
another bin within the same location. Bin replenishment needs are based on bin
reorder information setup in IC38.1 (Bin Reorder Policy). This program
provides the option to create unreleased bin transfer documents. Unreleased
bin transfer documents can be reviewed, adjusted, and released in IC90.1
(Detail Bin Transfer Entry).
