PA25.1 - Employee Benefits

Use PA25.1 (Employee Benefits) to track an employee's benefit information.
This program tracks benefits in addition to those defined in the Benefits
system; this program does not interface with the Benefits system.

If you do not have the Benefits system, you can use this program to track
benefits such as health or dental insurance. If you do use the Benefits
system, you can use this program to track additional benefits such as a
company car or a housing allowance.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.

    EMPCODES   - The Emp/App Personnel Codes file is the main file updated by
                 this program. Records have EPC-TYPE = BN.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on
                 delete function. Removes personnel comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE =
                 BN.


Referenced Files

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to verify employees and employee
                 security class.

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on
                 delete function. Removes personnel comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE =
                 BN.

    PCODES     - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify benefit code
                 and verify it is active.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
                 company and to determine security search limits.
