PA263 - Qualified Applicants Listing

Run PA263 (Qualified Applicants Listing) to list applicants qualified or
authorized for a position or job.

Applicants are qualified for a position or job if they meet the education,
skill, and certification requirements defined in PA08.1 (Qualifications).
Applicants who do not meet the defined qualifications can be authorized for
the position or job by using PA37.1 (Applicant Qualification Override).

Note: An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to
meet the education requirement of a job.
