PA50.1 - Action Use PA50.1 (Action) to define personnel actions, which are events that affect an individual employee or a group of employees. Examples of personnel actions include transfers, promotions, and terminations. You define an action by selecting data items from HR11.1 (Employee) that can be changed by the action. Using personnel actions rather than changing HR11.1 directly enables you to design a screen which displays the data items that can change for an event. The action also provides a record of changes. Actions show a summary of all changes made to an employee's record. Updated Files CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.
