PR239 - One Time Deduction Listing

Run PR239 (One Time Deduction Listing) to create a listing of one-time and
arrears deductions.

You create one time deductions with PR39.1 (One Time Deduction). The Payroll
system creates arrears deductions when you run PR139 (Arrears Automation) or
PR140 (Earnings and Deductions Calculation).

You can limit the listing to include a specific processing group, process
level, employee range, or status.
