RW20.1 - Format

Use RW20.1 (Format) to define column and report headings along with the
content and attributes for each report column.

You can define the width of each column and the space between each column. You
can also select a data dictionary name or compute statement to access
pre-defined report and heading information or define personalized data.

Choose the New Format button to define a new format name and the default
fields for all columns.

Choose the More button to define company, account, and level override
information and override the default column options you selected in RW20.2
(Define Format) for specific columns.

RW20.2 - Define Format

Use RW20.2 (Define Format) to define a new report format including the report
folder, print size, and column size.

Use the Main form tab to assign a folder, define the print size, define the
column width, and define the space between each column. You can choose the
copy button to open the Format Copy subform. Use the subform to create a new
format by copying an existing one and assign a folder.

Use the Column Defaults form tab to select defaults for each column.

Use RW20.5 (Level Override) to override any level ranges defined in RW00.1
(Report Writer).

You can use this subform in a situation where companies or divisions are
required to be compared by columns.

You can select override information by accounting unit and level group or by
specifying actual numeric posting locations.

specifying an account group.
