SA04.2 - Item Budget Mass Entry

Use this form to enter forecast budget data for any or all periods (per
quarter) that were defined on SA00.2 (Periods).  Quarter mass entry is
available for 13 periods and over.  Period and year mass entry are available
for under 13 periods.
