Date                 Contains the date of the letter. This
                     field defaults to the system date.

Print Status         Indicates whether the free-form letter
                     has been printed.

                     When you add a free-form letter, this
                     field defaults to Not Printed. When you
                     print this letter, this field changes to
                     Yes.

LTC-SALUTATION       Alpha 40                                    BN85.1
Salutation           Contains the salutation or greeting of
                     the letter.

LTC-SIGNATURE        Alpha 40 Occurs 2 Times                     BN85.1
Signature            Contains the first line of the letter's
                     closing.

Last Letter Text     Contains the sequence number of the
