REQCODE FILE

                     Required Deduction Code Header

The Required Deduction Code Header file contains the header information for
deduction required codes. The system links the required codes to deductions by
storing the required code in the Deduction file. When you add employees, the
system uses the deduction required codes to automatically create Employee
Deduction file records. PR03.1 (Deduction Required Code) is the primary
program that updates this file. If the required code is not to be created for
all employees, the system stores the detail selection criteria in the Required
Code Select Criteria file.

                     the required code is created for all
                     employees or based on selection criteria
                     stored in the Required Code Select
                     Criteria file.
                     N = No - Define selection criteria
                     Y = Select Criteria

RQC-NEXT-NBR         Numeric 4                                   PR03.1
Next Sequence Number Contains the sequence number. This
                     field is used to set the value of the
                     sequence number when Required Code
                     Select Criteria file records are
                     created.
