BN01.1 - Insurance Carrier

Use BN01.1 (Insurance Carriers) to define insurance carriers. You associate
insurance carriers to benefit plans when you define benefit plans in BN15.1
(Benefit Plan).

    BNCARRIER  - The Insurance Carrier file is used to verify insurance
                 carriers.

    CKPOINT    - The Checkpoint file is the environment file used for recovery.
