The report includes the parameters from BN00.1 (Benefits Company), BN00.2
(COBRA Parameters), BN00.3 (COBRA Occurrence Types), and BN00.4 (Group Life
W-2 Table). You can also list standard letters from BN05.1 (Standard Letter).
