PA130 - Employee Comments Purge
Run PA130 (Employee Comments Purge) to purge employee comments, and to list
employees with purged comments. PA130 purges employee comments by comment type
through a date.
Important: This program purges all information specified in the parameters of
the report. Review report parameters before submitting the report. Lawson
strongly recommends doing a backup following your MIS procedures before
running this report.
Updated Files
CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the universe file used for recovery.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is used to delete any comment type
marked with an X on the parameter screen.
Referenced Files
EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to verify employees and print
employee number, name and number of comments purged on report.
PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company.
