O = Only (Allow only units)

Activity Req Indicates whether an activity is
required. Valid values are:
Y = Yes (activity is required)
N = No (Activity is optional)
B = Blank (Activity is not allowed)

Posting Level This field indicates whether interfaced
transactions posted in Summary or Detail
form. Valid values are:
D = Detail (all posted accounts)

Currency Code This field contains the account GL14.8
currency. It defaults to the company
base currency code, but you can select a
non-base currency..

Status This field displays The status of the
account. If Inactive, no posting can be
done to the account.
GTM-ACCT-CATEGORY Alpha 5 GL14.2 GL14.8
Account Category This field contains the default activity
account category to be associated with
the posting account.
Period-to-date, year-to-date, and
life-to-date balances are maintained by
account category for activities. Account
categories must be assigned to
activities before you do any budgeting
or transaction processing.
