GL123 - Acct Unit Template Conversion Load

**Form purpose
Use Acct Unit Template Conversion Load (GL123) to create a conversion file of
accounting unit template data to be attached to a company, and optionally
generate automatic variable addresses and accounting unit names.

**Prerequisites
The accounting unit template and company for which you want to create a
conversion file must exist.

**Process at a glance
1.  Define an accounting unit template.
    1a.  Access this form and choose the New Template button to open Define
Accounting Unit  Template (GL14.6) and define the template header.
    1b.  Define the first-level accounting unit in the template using GL14.1.
    1c.  (Optional) Use the Accounts button to open Posting Accounts (GL14.2)
and assign accounts to the accounting unit.
    1d.  Repeat steps 1b and 1c until all the accounting units have been added
to the template.
2.  (This step) Create an accounting unit template conversion file for a
company, using Acct Unit Template Conversion Load  (GL123).
3.  (Optional) Modify accounting unit information, using Template Accounting
Unit Maintenance (GL23.1).
4.  Add the accounting units to the company, using Mass Accounting Unit
Addition (GL124).

**Required fields
Job Name, Job Description, Run Group, Action, Company, and Template are
required fields.

**Decision/Impact
If you do not enter a summary accounting unit, the accounting units in the
accounting unit template will be added at level depth 1.  If you provide a
summary accounting unit, the template accounting units will be added below the
summary accounting unit. The total level depth of the summary accounting unit
plus template accounting  units cannot exceed 5.

You must choose automatic name generation for one or both of the accounting
unit names or the accounting unit descriptions.

Choose the Accounting Unit Naming form tab to override the accounting unit
names  defaulted from the template.

Choose the Description Naming form tab to override the accounting unit
descriptions defaulted from the accounting unit template.

Choose the Address Generation form tab to assign a new address level to a
template accounting unit.
