PASESSION FILE
Sessions
Contains session information for each course. Each course can have an
unlimited number of sessions. A session record remains in place as long as
there is registration information for the session. A session cannot be deleted
until all registration information is removed from the Registration
Information file.
TR04.1 (Session) is the primary program that updates this file.

Object This is the object identifier. It is
Identification used to relate commitments or posted

subsystems. Each subsystem record that
is updated as a commitment or posted
transaction is assigned an object
identifier. The object identifier is
maintained in the subsystem files and in
the Activity Commitments Detail and
Activity Transaction files. The object
identifier is a unique key used to drill
back from Activity Management to the
subsystems.

Short Duration Contains a short form of the duration.
Used for the Drill Around feature.
