AR200 - Customer Group Listing

**Form Purpose
Run Customer Group Listing (AR200) to print a list of information defined in
AR00.1 (Customer Group) for an individual customer group or all customer
groups. If you include all customer groups, the listing sorts in customer
group order and page breaks between customer groups.
