**Form Purpose
Use Military Service (PA14.1) to track information about an employee's
military status and service.
**Processing Effect
The information on this screen updates from Applicant Military History
(PA39.1) when an applicant is hired with Hire an Applicant (PA52.4).

CKPOINT - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.
MILITARY - The Military Service History file is the main file is
maintained by this program.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on a
delete function, removes personnel comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE -
MI.
PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file is maintained by this
program.

EMPLOYEE - The Employee file is used to verify employees and employees
security class.
HRSECLEV - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.
PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is maintained by this program on a
delete function, removes personnel comments with PAC-CMT-TYPE -

PRSYSTEM - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
company and to determine security search limits.
